For full access to IECA's eLearning courses, you will need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on this web site.   

All users will need a valid e-mail address.

1. Fill out the New Account form  with your required information (click on link in red).

2. Check your e-mail for a system generated e-mail from IECA Education.

3. Use the link provided in the e-mail to access the system (a new window will open).

4. Select the eLearning course you wish to enroll.

5. Select the [Send Payment via Paypal] button and complete payment form (if applicable).

6. Payment(s) for course(s) will automatically be processed.

7. Click on the course you have purchased (if applicable) and follow directions posted on each page.

Keep your username and password in a safe location, as you will not be prompted to create a new profile after completion of these steps.
